Tina's Fine Lingerie.com values your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your merchandise within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange. The returned apparel must be unworn and unsoiled. All tags must be attached to the returned apparel. Shipping and Handling, Plus 15% Restocking charges are non-refundable; however, if you are exchanging for size, color, or style within the same group, no additional shipping or handling charges will be added to your second shipment. Please return to the address below. Please enclose the order# and the invoice in the return package. Ship your package prepaid and insured for your protection in case of loss. A credit to your account will be issued if your initial purchase was made with a credit or debit card. Please allow 30 to 60 days for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
